Payment Information

All orders are billed in US$ and include German Value Added Tax (VAT) of 19%.

Customers with a shipping address from outside the European Union are responsible for all potential duty, foreign sales- and import taxes of their country of origin. Potential duty, sales-tax and import-tax is not displayed during the sales process.

We offer a variety of payment methods that give you and us maximum security. Please choose what is best for you:

Creditcard

        ( Gateway www.paypal.com! You dont need an Account to sent money! )

You can choose between Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. During the order process you will be asked to type in your Creditcard information. We use a secure connection to give you maximum safety and will delete all Creditcard information after the payment has been completed.

Direct Debit (only possible for customers with German bank account)

Payment in advance (to our bank account in Germany)

After completion of the order you will receive an email, that gives you information on your order and our bank account. The bank account information can also be found at the FAQ. Please transfer the complete amount to our account and use the order number as information on the transfer. After we have received the money we will start to work your order immediatly. International customers please note that all bank fees (i.a.) must be paid by customers.

Cash on Delivery (only for deliveries within Germany)

You pay the amount due to the postman on delivery. Because we are charged by our logistic partner we charge an extra US$ 10,00 for this service. The postman (DHL) will charge an extra US$ 3,00 for cash on delivery service.

Check & Money Order payments

You can also pay by check and money order. After the check has been received and is clear, we will ship out your order. Please see the FAQ where you have to sent the check or money order to.
