Natural: Wood in its natural appearance without waxing. 2.) Stained: Stained in a light brownish tonality and waxed. 3.) 3 x Stained: Stained in two different shades of brown and waxed. 4.) Coloured: Multicoloured with oil technique. 5.) Lime Coloured: The figures are carved by lime-wood and multicoloured with oil technique. 6.) Antique: “Craquele-technique” painting. The surface shows very small breaks that makes it appear antique. 7.) Gold: Antique painting where several golden parts are covered with genuinely 18 carats gold. 8.) Old Gold: Very antique painting where several golden parts are covered with genuinely 18 carats gold. 9.) Gold-Streak: Waxed natural wood with gold-streak. No. We do not get a real time online tracking number. We get a tracking number that shows a few days later, where the package was routed last. Between 14 and 20 business days with standard Airmail. Without Airmail it can take up to 40 business days. In some countries you don’t have to pay customs for that. You need to clear this yourself at your customs. What is when I receive a damaged or faulty product? In the unlikely event that you receive products that are damaged or faulty, they may products may be returned at anytime within 30 days of item receipt for a full refund as merchandise credit. Some products, although very rare do have manufacturer faults. In this case we will gladly switch out the product. ERZGEBIRGE PRODUCTS ARE VERY SENSITIVE AND THEY ARE ONLY GLUED. Nativities: When a Nativity figurine is posted with 6”, is it then 6”? No the Joseph of the Nativity is 6”. Always the Size of the Joseph does count. All other items do fit into a 6” Nativity then! Example: If you buy a 6” sheep, the sheep will be much smaller than 6”. But it will fit into a 6” Nativity!
